1. Platform Purpose

Data MKT Insight provides a digital environment for custody, tracking, and controlled assignment of digital assets and custody tokens.

2. Speculative Values Notice

Any values, metrics, or indicators shown within the platform are speculative and informational only. They do not represent real, market, accounting, or investment value of any asset.

3. Custody Scope

Custody provided by Data MKT Insight applies only while assets remain within infrastructure controlled or designated by the platform. Once an asset or custody token is transferred, released, or exported, custody responsibility shifts entirely to the assigned holder.

4. Custody Tokens

Custody Tokens are:

• Indivisible
• Non-financial
• Non-transferable outside defined platform rules

They do not represent ownership, equity, securities, or investment instruments.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Safekeeping any physical or digital custody mechanisms
• Understanding custody limitations
• Complying with usage conditions

6. No Financial Services

Data MKT Insight does not provide financial, investment, or brokerage services.
